Anyone using the arena or facilities must have a Liability Release Waiver on file with us beforehand.

Extra arena dragging, manure removal, garbage removal, water usage and electricity, and arena watering by private treaty.

Any other areas can also be rented and will be negotiated on an individual basis.

Each stall has at least 1 rubber mat and stalls must be stripped bare.

There may be fees charged, ie: electrical, manpower, security, or other.
